Path Train Information
The Path system runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week between Hoboken and 33rd Street in Manhattan. Other service includes Hoboken to Journal Square (Jersey City) and Newark to 33rd Street. The Path train that runs to World Trade Center is now back in service

Buses to Manhattan
NJ Transit has frequent service to and from the Port Authority bus terminal in Manhattan (42nd and 8th Ave.). The cost is $2.30 each way to Manhattan (monthly passes are available on NJ Transit), or $1.25 for a ride within Hoboken. Buses stop on Washington St. at odd numbered streets going north (to Manhattan) and even numbered streets going south (to the Hoboken train terminal)

NY Waterway Ferry
NY Waterway runs ferry services seven days a week from Hoboken to Midtown (with connecting shuttle bus service) and the World Financial Center

Taxi Services
Taxis are usually available outside of the Path train entrance. There is a flat $4.00 rate for any destination within Hoboken.
A ride to Newark airport should run from $30.00 to $35.00. At some peak times of the day it can be difficult to reach any taxi service by phone

Hudson Bergen Light Rail (NJ Transit) The Hoboken section of the light rail system is still under construction, but will connect the current service running through Bayonne and Jersey City to points north in Bergen County.
